The Middle East, South Asia and Africa (MESAA) region covers the Indian sub-continent, the Middle East and Africa. We have market offices throughout the region, with additional representative offices in strategic or developing locations.
The scope of supply extends across the full range of steel products. Within this model, Tata Steel International has developed relationships with third-party sources in order to be able to offer a complete solution to customers. These external partners are fully-integrated into our processes and maintain close interaction with our commercial and technical personnel before, during and after outsourced production. Furthermore, according to our ISO 9001:2000 quality system, we only procure from companies with audited quality systems. The business has stockholding facilities in various locations across the Middle East to service the region.
As with all Tata Steel International businesses, the business mission is to provide regional and international customers with a comprehensive supply chain management service for steel and associated products and services. The business concentrates on Construction, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries working with customers who are geographically dislocated from their suppliers. The business places great importance in providing logistical, financial and technical services as an integral part of its packaged business offering.
